Week 1 (1/14-1/21)

I’m actually having a pretty hard time putting a weekly list together. Meals lists have never been my strong suit.

First half of the week:

Monday 1/14

  • Breakfast: Blueberries for Breakfast (recipe link)
  • Snack: Carbeeple (recipe source)
  • Lunch: Not-So-Mean Green (recipe link)
  • Snack:  Leftover Carbeeple
  • Dinner: Leftover Not-So-Mean Green


  • Breakfast:  Morning Green Glory (recipe link)
  • Snack: My Glass is Greener  (recipe source)
  • Lunch:   Red Rum (recipe link)
  • Snack: Leftover My Glass is Greener
  • Dinner: Leftover Red Rum


  • Breakfast: Sun Sets in the Morning (1 lrg. sweet potato + 3 red apples + 2 beets+ 1 orange + 4 carrots)
  • Snack: Pumpkin, Spice, + Everything Nice (recipe source)
  • Lunch: Ode to Broccoli (with changes, and doubled) (recipe link)
  • Snack: Leftover Pumpkin, Spice, + Everything Nice or leftover Sun Sets in Morning
  • Dinner: Leftover Ode to Broccoli

Grocery List:

Apples:  Red=6 / Golden= 6 / Green=5

Beets: 7 (5 small/2 medium)

Blueberries: 2 half pints

Carrots: 3 one pound bags

Celery: 1 heart/head

Cucumbers: 5

Kale: 19 stalks

Lemons: 8

Limes: 1

Oranges: 6

Parsley: 2 handfuls

Pears (D’anjou): 6

Pineapple: 1 whole thing (no idea what they’d be called… lol)

Romaine: 1 head

Spinach (Baby): 1 five oz. box (I buy Olivia’s Organic Baby Spinach, they come in 5 oz tubs.)

Sweet Potatoes: 2 large

Swiss Chard: 3 stalks
